ModelTrainsGuy to take over as the Ellorail Chairman untill the forseeable future

Due to reasons that will remain undisclosed for now, I will be the new Ellorail chairman untill the forceeable future. I hope to continue the modernizations already being done by Ellorail and i also hope to bring Ellorail to new destinations and grow the network.
